Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The shipping process for orders are 1-7 business days! Once we ship your order off it is now in the hands of the carrier, please refer to the carrier for any lost and/or stolen packages you must contact the carrier to file a claim. 

For tracking information please enter your tracking number into the USPS or UPS website for the most up to date information. please ensure you are filling out correct shipping information when placing orders so your order will be delivered promptly. Expedited shipping options will give you a faster shipping but do not guarantee quicker processing, although we will do our best to get your order out to you quickly as possible. ​

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ORDERS! 

We will only refund items that are incorrectly sent. Due to the nature of this item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds. All sales are final unless the wrong item has been sent out.
